1. Subscription Packages

  • Our subscription packages include an initial down payment followed by recurring monthly auto-deductions from your designated payment method, as detailed in the specific package you select on our website.
  • All payment details, including the down payment amount and monthly charges, will be clearly displayed and confirmed before you provide consent for the subscription.
  • Subscriptions commence only after your explicit authorization for auto-payments.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial down payment and have not yet utilized any services (e.g., no advertisements launched or campaigns initiated).
  • To qualify for a full refund, you must notify us in writing within this 7-day window, and we will process the refund within 10-15 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • After the 7-day period or once services have been rendered (even partially), no refunds will be issued. This includes cases where campaigns have been set up, ads have run, or any performance data has been generated.
  • In case any refunds is approved, it will take 5-7 business days to get credited to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Pause

  • If you are not satisfied with our services at any time, you may pause your subscription to halt future auto-deductions and service delivery.
  • Pausing does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already processed, including the initial down payment or prior monthly charges.
  • To resume services, you can reactivate your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

4. Cancellation Process

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@digitalmarketingwala.co.in or through your account dashboard on digitalmarketingwala.co.in, providing your subscription ID and relevant details.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle to allow for any ongoing services to conclude.
  • Upon cancellation, no further auto-deductions will occur, but past payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 2 above.

5. No Refund for Partial Usage or Dissatisfaction

  • Refunds will not be provided for partial usage of services, even if you are dissatisfied with the results. Digital marketing outcomes can vary due to external factors, and we do not guarantee specific performance metrics.
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction after services have been delivered, as our services are non-tangible and performance-based.
  • Any disputes regarding service quality should be raised promptly, and we encourage open communication to resolve issues before cancellation.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

  • Refunds are not available for changes in your business needs, market conditions, or personal preferences after subscription commencement.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that the cancellation is abusive or fraudulent.
  • All refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used.
